What is STORM-E School?

STORM-E School is a municipality focused training program for municipal operations, managers, elected officials and engineers. The school is comprised of several topics in manageable lengths that address stormwater program related content. Each topic provides an overview of the specific element that makes-up a comprehensive municipal stormwater program.

Each learner has a personalized dashboard that houses all of the completed courses, information exchange communities and reference materials. This dashboard can be accessed from your computer, tablet, or phone so that you are truly in control of your educational path.

For each course the learner completes, they will earn a milestone certificate of progress. This can be used to prove your achievements throughout the year. Upon completion of all courses in the program, the Learner will be invited to sit for the STORM-E School Graduation Exam. Successful completion of this exam awards the Learner a frameable Certificate of Completion as well as some great STORM-E swag to promote your new achievement!

STORM-E School Learners are provided an opportunity to participate in a public and/or private community where ideas and resources on specific topics can be exchanged.

Learners have access to a public community where you can communicate with other jurisdictions who are also in STORM-E School. This is a great way to network and discuss how others are approaching similar situations. CWT Training Academy will also be posting questions and discussion topics in this community and responding to posts frequently, giving you the opportunity to mingle with the pros!

Additionally, we can provide a private community where you can connect with your team to address jurisdictionally specific operational procedures or policies related to your stormwater management program. Your team can communicate in this private space to comfortably discuss topics, exchange ideas, and ask questions related to your projects and procedures.
