Upon completion of this form, you or your team member will have
5 CONSECUTIVE CALENDAR DAYS (this includes weekends)
to complete the certification or you will need to register again, using another one of your purchased "seats". If you or your team member are not able to start right away, we suggest waiting until you or the team member have the necessary time to start and complete the course within the allotted 5 consecutive days.
