Programs and Support
CWT Training Academy is an innovator in offering new educational programs and services. We offer different educational program models and support services to meet all different types of learning styles and schedules.
These are not the traditional style courses where you sign up and complete and it is done.
They offer a more interactive, in-depth and progressional learning platform often over a longer period of time.
SCHOOLS
This model provides a defined curriculum in an area of learning that can be completed in a single year or over multiple years. There is an ability for the Learner to become a graduate of the school and receive a certificate of completion for their efforts. The Learner can utilize their graduation status to help them in accelerating their career path.

PROGRESSIVE LEARNING
Some of the courses have content that is progressively released over time, whether that be on a schedule or based on a completion of an exercise of defined task.
For example, a section of the course will be released every 7 days provided the Learner completed the section prior, or the course is offered over a defined period of weeks with interactive components with the Trainer in that time.

MASTER CERTIFICATIONS
For those that are seeking a very deep knowledge base within a topic area, CWT Training Academy has developed defined paths with prescribed courses that Learners can complete in a time frame that matched with their career goals.
REGIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Regional certifications are cross jurisdictional certifications of the same discipline. In one training event, a Learner can be certified in multiple jurisdictions within the defined region.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
Professional certifications are multi-disciplinary certifications of practices that your business is involved in. Paths of certification are defined by your business practice and regulatory influences.
In addition to the training courses, CWT Training Academy provides support serviced for business, municipal and K-12 training and education programs.
LIVE EVENT SUPPORT
If you need support in hosting a live virtual course, setting up an educational event, or taking registrations for an event, we can support you.
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) INTEGRATION
If you have training content or would like to include Academy content into a new LMS platform, we can work with you to develop a branded LMS system specific for your team or clients.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
If you want to create a company or jurisdiction-specific video, we can support storyboarding, videography, editing, and production.
Even if you want to add-on to an existing Academy course with company or jurisdictionally specific information, we are happy to discuss.
TRAINING COORDINATOR STAFFING WITH ACADEMY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR (EPC)
A dedicated Academy EPC will be assigned to your account and will work with you to identify which training requirements are necessary (whether the Academy offers them or not) for which staff and at what frequency.
The EPC will work with all departments to determine what the training requirements are for your staff, how they will like them delivered, and what frequencies are required for renewal.
EPC services include:
- Tracking of all training requirements needed per staff members
- Tracking and communication of expiration dates
- Training coordination of live events
- Coordination with other departments such as HR and other operations
- Portal content update support
- Training event setup
THE ACADEMY EDUCATIONAL REPORTING SYSTEM (ERS)
The ERS is a system to consolidate all the training needs of your staff into a single location and generate reportable communications if required by regulatory agencies. The EPC will utilize the ERS to build efficiencies and cost savings into training programs, and will work with you to anticipate and determine if new training content should be developed in the future.
